Percival Manglano


Percival_ManglanoPercival Manglano is General Director of Cooperation for Development at the Immigration and Development Department of the Madrid Autonomous Community, Spain. He received a B.A. in History from the University of París I (Panthéon-Sorbonne), a B.A. in European Studies and International Relations from the Institut d'Études Politiques de París (Sciences-Po) and an M.A. in Southeast Asian Studies and International Economics from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) of the Johns Hopkins University (Washington DC). Percival Manglano has been a programme officer at the think tank FAES (2003-2004), foreign affairs and international development advisor of the Popular Parliamentary Group at the Spanish Parliament (2004-2005) and Chief of Staff of the Immigration Minister of the Madrid Regional Government (2005-2006).
